Andreas suggested cranberry juice for its malic acid. Apple Juice bloats me up something horrible. I also take 2 tbsp of ACV daily as it is. So hopefully the cranberry juice will work. It did last time.
Yes the protein shake is awesome. Let me know if you have a change in BMs. I backed off and Im only having one shake 3 days a week for now to see how I do. Did the kefir do well for you?
