Hi Cat...today I had my *second* protein shake...it's great!!! I added two tablespoons of ground flax seeds to it today and like Katie said further in the thread, a lot of it stuck to the sides. I was in a hurry, so I dumped it - but I did think of adding more rice milk to get it all out. I think I liked it better yesterday without the flax, but overall I love it!
I also made a cleansing salad - primarily carrots and parsley - I brought out the food processor and started working...why didn't I think of it sooner?? The salad reminded me of tabouleh...same idea.
