Shelly,since apples are on the avoid list for vata, Im confused. Would this help or hurt my constipation? I cant cook them at work.
Also, when you say bottle of prune juice, how big are we talking?
I tried the 6 ounce cans for awhile and got no results.
Pinkcat, I have been taking 2 tbsp fresh ground flaxseed am and 2 pm. That is 4 grams fiber per 2 tbsp. Seems to be a good amount for me anyway. But do you put it in your milk ? Doesnt it stick to the glass? How do you take it? My mouth is a mess taking it off the spoon dry.
