I would definitely use Hagaan Daz, but I'd avoid anything with chunks, so just plain vanilla. :)
Cream if raw has enzymes, but most cream that you find in stores has been ultra-pasteurized, which is the WORST way to have dairy. So what you want to do is find creme fraiche instead, as that is a fermented cream and like yogurt has friendly microbes and thus more enyzmes. It's often not pasteurized at all before fermentation. Very tasty too! So you could have that on berries no problemo. :)
Golly I guess I give myself fat-based Liver Flushes at least twice a week then. ;)
