2. Ginger tea is just that - sliced/grated ginger in water, simmered for 10-20 minutes. You can sweeten with honey or rapadara if you like.
Yogi tea's India Spice is just Chai without the milk, so if you have cinamon sticks, whole cardamom, cloves and whatever else you like to add, you can make it yourself. :) Just be sure to avoid black teas while cleansing.
