The best juice to break a fast with is something that's very easy on the stomach. AFter days and days of citrus fruits, something different is often most balancing, and of course some fruits are better for certain Doshas (body types) than others.
Since I don't know your dosha, apple juice and green grape juice are the kindest juices, easy to digest and apple has lots of benefits to the digestive system, and is balanced for all doshas. Pitta and Kapha people sometimes do better with cranberry. These fruits don't have to be fresh-squeezed, as long as it's not frozen reconstituted they still are good for you.

Oh and you may want to drink ginger tea or India Spice from Yogi teas in order to prepare the stomach for real food. :)
