Oh I'm so sorry you vomited! That does create a rather strong assocation that says no way, don't ever do that again! :( Try to enjoy a nice glass of grapefruit with breakfast sometime, and enjoy some pasta smothered in olive oil too - try to break/reprogram the association, in other words. :)
Just the one drink may be all you need. You're tinier than I am, and I make two doses of 1/2 cup oo to 3/4 cup juice, and I don't usually finish the second one. :)
Still, if the reaction is fast and hard, vomiting may happen! :(
it helps to suck on hard peppermint candy - this relaxes the small intestine so it can choose to take things the OTHER way instead of deciding to just purge. ;)
And it helps to drink just a bit of ginger tea about an hour prior to the oil. :)
