Can I include Epsom in this recipe?

Hi Shelley, got again a nice flush-window coming up next sunday and monday and thought I'd try a SensibleHealth recipe this time being organic AJ during the day with a whole cup of OO (Olive-Oil) + LJ in 4 takings at night.
Must say I'm a bit worried as they do not include ES in this and never have I tried flushing without.
Can I include ES and if so, at the times mentioned in the Clark protocol? I'm one of those people who immediately has massive diahrea after only the first dose of ES (25-45 min.) Perhaps I need to cut back on the amount (1 tea-spoon instead of table-)
And finally, my last flush will be two weeks gone next sunday, will this be too short apart?
