Re: smoking

Oh dear oh dear. Can he choose to give up drinking and keep smoking intead? LOL! That would be the lesser of two evils. ;) I don't know that any of my advice for smoking would work for someone still overdosing on alcohol. Sigh. Can he at least switch to red wine?

first of all, to help with the emotional addiction, he should switch brands every time he buys a pack. Some of them are nasty! There are also good ginseng ciggies available at specialty smoke shops just stay away from the cloves. Pipe tobacco is also much cleaner than typical ciggies, whicih are full of burn agents.

The best way to stop cigs or coffee even is to flood the body with The Master Cleanser and fresh veggie juices, potassium broth and supplement with trace minerals and use Sea Salt . The minerals are the most important thing. He can keep eating, doesn't have to fast. A series of colonics would help BIG time, as the sooner the nicotine is OUT of his system the faster the cravings will leave. He should do lymph management too.

comfrey and ginger will help the lungs clear out old mucous and such.

Hope that helps! :)
