I'm against drinking it too. distlled water is acid instead of alkaline and it leaches minerals from our bodies. Minerals are soooo soo necessary, no nutrient exchange happens wtihout minerals, they are co-enzymes. :)

So any kind of filtered water is okay. Evian has the highest energy rating of the store-bought brands.

Check for a small water store in your area. It's a franchise, they use 4 huge filters and the water is so pure the ice is crystal-clear. They're called "the water man" and it's way cheap. Tweet
