The pattern seems to be that once the parasites get larger, they don't hide so well and a good routine of bowel cleansing with lots of fiber will eventually push some out. It will always push out the egg sacs if they are somewhere in the intestines, it's just usually hard for people to recognize them.
Only specific parasites use the gallbladder as a place to hide, flukes for one, they can hide withing the stones themselves as if they were nests! (blech) Those are the ones you never see until you do major flushing and take parasite herbs.
