What type of Bowel Cleanse will you be doing? *curious* Im also struggling with candida.

Very good choice to add HCL with pepsin! That will digest the food very thorougly, not leavning anything to the candida.
Omega 3+6 also very good, the best way to get these is cod liver oil.

Oregano oil is an antifungal, don't use it for more than 14 days or the candida will become resistant. And the best way to take oregano oil is to mix it in a fiber shake so when the fiber shake travels down your intestines, it will press against the intestinal walls and thats where the oregano oil will do the best "killing".

Clarkia and primal defense are totally two different things.
Clarkia will kill parasites, while primal defense acts in a different way, its more cleansing and helping the good bacteria to grow.
