I think as a result of mass food production, we are introducing new an hyper-resistent parasites into the food chain. These things get in, and start to mutate in order to adapt to your body's internal physiology. They may even provide some unknown benefits. But, in order to adapt, they have to make alterations in the body's chemistry which can make a mess of things, upseting PH balance, hormonal functions etc.
My research will be addressing all these issues. I hope to set up my own private mini lab to do testing in the future. Shroom
