I eat almonds and brazil nuts too, about 1oz each per day, but it's the cashews I crave. I eat coconut on occasion, fresh and dehydrated, along with avocado's for fats, not to mention olives, olive oil, etc.
Am I feeling good? I don't feel 100% GREAT and I'm low on energy sometimes, but other than that I'm fine.
I just wanted to address the issue that although eating a healthier diet is good, certain eating habits aren't good for you.
In my case, cashews are a good food. Eating 9 oz for dinner might not be so great...
Maple syrup is a good natural sweetener. Taking multiple tablespoons throughout the day might be more harmful than helpful.
