Re: Can Raw Food Diet heal Candida??

The raw diet is known to be enough to cure candida for some people. But most people will need to address a variety of things before they can successfully cure candida overgrowth. Some important things you should look into are liver and bowel cleanses. Also, getting rid of heavy metals in the body is very important as this has been known to be a major cause of excess candida. I really like Andreas Moritz 's theory that candida overgrowth is not bad for you body. He says that when your body is filled with toxins and your liver is clogged with stones that candida will come in to help your body eliminate some of the waste. However, candida does produce a toxic waste of it's which can make us feel bad. Andreas has a forum called ask Andreas where you can learn more about him. Though he does not promote a raw diet he does have valuable information on cleanses you can do for you body. This is also a great site http://www.magneticclay.com They sell an inexpensive clay that is very effective in detoxifying heavy metals. Good Luck
