I think the carbs in veggies however are easier on the gut. I think carbs feed the candida. And the insoluble fiber in grains can be harsh on the gut. Most fiber intake should be soluble. This is what I've read and found to be true for myself, though.
With the buckwheat pancakes, you bet your bottom dollar they're good. However, over time they would make me bloat. Just like brown rice pasta, millet, quinoa, and nuts/seeds.
