Try something with good fats to feel satiated longer. Like nuts (except peanuts - lots of mold). But, go for the good organic ones, raw if possible, and forgo the national brands. Also, put plenty of olive oil on your salads and veggies. Concentrate on good bulk fiber in your veggies. Getting at least some protein with each meal will also help with hunger. It will abate. Candida keeps your appetite high, especialy for carbs and sweets, and after a while on the diet, it should get much much better.
