It sounds like pancreatitis (pancreas is on the left) -- a woman on the Liver Flush Forum handle "newmother" just had an experience with that and ended up having her gb removed due to a large gallstone obstructing. Her case was more acute. If you have debris clogging the liver/gb and bile gets into the pancreas as a result it can irritate it and cause pain an inflammation. It can become serious quickly or resolve on it's own. You might want to try a Liver Flush (carefully) along with the candida protocols -- and you do the Epsom Salt to relax your bile ducts to get everything cleared out.
That is my thought, however, usually the pancreas pain is worse after eating anything, so it could be something else.
Also I'm a big fan of coffee enemas ( you can do one or two after the flush or alone) because they force your common bile duct to flush and can clear out a bunch of stuff.
