You can make a broth from leafy greens which will be high in the alkalising minerals you are looking for to balance your pH. You can also buy liquid chlorophyll from the health food store which is fairly inexpensive. I do both. Get those minerals in any way you can!

Check out the acid/alkaline forum for more ways to reduce acidity as it will take a lot more than vegetable broth.

I have come to see alkalising as the best way to help your body overcome candida. I have seen more progress and relief from my symptoms since beginning an alkalising lifestyle and diet a month ago than I have had in 8 months of following the standard candida diet and antifungal regimen.
