most important to take vitamins and supplements. I have been on the P.O.W (candida)
diet for about 6 weeks and was still feeling crappy until someone here told me about
Chlorella. I started taking it just once a day and I feel 50% better. I was having
extreme weakness in leg muscles, etc. due to magnesium deficency which comes with
candida. Chlorella has a ton of supplements like mag, iron, B vitamins, calcium,etc.
in it which help. Try that. ( I also am taking trace minerals in my water once a day)
