Coconut Kefir, Candida and fermentation.

Hi every one.

Must say that i have gotten some truly inspiring posts and information of this forum. Been so thought provoking.

I have found a number of sources refering to the use of Kefir and Kefir water to assist in repopulating the gut, and thus combating Candida. Surely because coconut juice will fuel and thus add to the candida by virtue of it being sweet. Coconut Kefir also has a highish alchohol content. Will this in anyway agrivate the cnadida?

Surel;y anything with alchohol/sugar agrivates candida.

Any suggestions on how much Milk/Water kefir needs to be consumed to be of assistance with Candida, and for how long?

Im having some great success in making my own Kefir from Goats milk, and also from young coconuts. Bit concerned about the above mentioned issues.

Would greatly appreciate any thing that could shed light on the above.

Best Wishes
Malcolm
