Candida Food List/Helpful Candida books!


Hi everyone,

I've put together a candida list of foods I can & can't have through common sense & with help from a dietition since discovering I had candida. Any additional suggestions are welcome as I'm learning all the time(aren't we all!).

Still, I'm sure everyone hear would apreciate more good guidence (me included!!) so can anyone suggest any good/fantastic book to buy from amazon?? Author would also be helpfull!

ps, the following is just my take on whats good & whats not! All opinions welcome!
