Re: Simple vers. Complex???

Unfortunately, there is almost no foodstuff that you can eat that candida can not eat as well. Candida, prefers simple carbohydrates, especially sugars, but it can live on animal protein and vegetables just fine. So, there is a spectrum of foods where candida is concerned. Corn is close to the end of the food spectrum that sends candida populations soaring, why do you want to be there? Just because you haven't developed symtoms doesn't mean that your food choice hasn't caused the candida population to grow.
At this point you don't know how hard it will be for you to rid yourself of candida. I hope it is easy for you, but you might be in for the fight of your life. You might need every possible edge to succeed. Do you really want to take a chance on popcorn?
It is a well documented source of carbohydrates, and it adds nothing of real value to your diet. Hey, first get rid of the candida, then reward yourself with occasional box of popcorn.
