I have suffered from a low body temp. for as long as I remember. Also have a poor digestive system. I never thought low body temperature was an issue, until recently. My hands and feet get ice cold and I have warm them in a heater and immediately go to bed. What can I do to increase my circulation and make myself warmer?
1. I heard consuming coconut oil helps. But I got cramps/diarrhea after consuming it.
2. Cayenne peppers also seem to circulation. But it is a hot pepper. And I cant tolerate spicy food.
Is there another way to increase my body temp. Whenever I have my blood tests, thyroid levels are normal.. If this WILSON's symdrome.??
