Don't eat that yogurt. Candida sufferers must do the low/no Sugar form of yogurt. Plus, the Dannon stuff won't have NEARLY as much probiotic as making it at home anyway.
Here's what you do. Go to a health food store. Get yogurt (powder form and alive). Get some milk. You can find better directions but i'm summarizing. Heat milk to a boil and get it off the heat as soon as it starts to boil. Wait til the temp drops to 110 degrees Fairenheit. Add yogurt and keep at 110 for 24 hours. This will give time for the live cultures to consuma almost all of the Sugar and give them time to really reach large numbers. When it's all done, i add some stevia to taste and it's the best freakin yogurt you can get, better than what's in stores...
