Buckweat pasta is excellent - you should be able to find it in some supermarkets or H.F shops. The make is called Organ. They also do millet pasta, another ok candida grain.
Otherwise buy millet flakes and make it as porridge (I love this, make it in the am with cinammon = antifungal, ginger powder, pumkin/sunflower/linseed, rice bran etc) or as you would mash potato (seasoned etc). Buckweat flour makes nice pancakes, all energy givers.
Brown rice is said to be ok but I stay away from it. Millet and buckweat are my faves and a safe bet.
The transition from processed ready made food to natural 'starting from scratch' food is difficult/rocky at first, as it appears food is bland. However with a little researching and customising you find recipes that you love and lets face it the diet is very healthy (with an exception of the exclusion of fruit)
