I would say that if eating the potato's helps you get thru then do it. maybe try cooking them by baking in the oven or steaming or boilng or something the microwave sucks. salsa is really good on top. eat more nuts and seeds as well and try to up your fat a bit it will help you stay full longer. i am a potato lover and find them really helpful when trying to diet and change the way i eat, eventually you will eat them less.
