Because if its said enough it becomes fact. Just like if it is said that Neighbor Bob is having an affair enough times it becomes fact. For all anyone knows he could be a virgin but if it is repeated enough people start believing it. IMO stuff here doesn't need to have a reason it just needs to be said enough. Thats why i quit taking anything here seriously and go with how my body feels. Like i have said before if you would take away everything anyone has ever said you would only be able to drink water and eat garlic. Case in point was when everyone was saying me eating oatmeal was bad because of the gluten. Well than i posted how it was Gluten free Oatmeal. Well guess what? Did i get posts saying how people were wrong and it was ok? Nope i got no replies. So i would take everything here with a grain of salt. I am too the point now were i am just going to eat what i want. I have felt the worst since i started this "diet" 6 months ago. The best i felt was when i ate how i wanted. I didnt go hog wild but i didnt eat like some POW either. In fact i am pretty much convinced this Candida is secondary like alot of people have posted. Just look at all the conflicting info here. It would be nice if info was backed up with facts but i have come to the conclusion thats not likely. Look at real life and how rumors start. Now add in the fact that this is the internet and everyone is "anonymous" and can say whatever they want with no ramifications. Also add in the fact that alot of people are out to screw you and make a buck off of you and this is what you get. Sorry i cant be more positive but this is how i feel. So my advice do what you want and listen to your body and noone else. Tweet
