recipe for homemade sauerkraut below

http://recipes.chef2chef.net/recipe-archive/24/133412.shtml

Please use Seasalt for your salt.
this is a nice looking very easy to make recipe.
( it says makes one serving: means it is one unit recipe,
since serving sizes will vary to how you use it.. many recipes will say
one serving, cause they have to put that in the recipe lol )
Actually this is a very large recipe, and I would certainly break it down
to about 1 head of cabbage, and weigh it,
then adjust your Seasalt and apple amt.

You can also buy RAW organic sauerkraut online,
but make sure it says RAW or it will have been heated and processed.

always refridgerate after opening and use by the time given, after opening.

Atart with small forkfuls.
