I found that TOUGH dietry changes became easier as new foods, recipes, combination etc were found. You may well be thanking it soon for the positive healthy changes that you will incorporate into your diet. Yes I occasionally miss a cream cake, chocolate, cheese sandwich, pizza etc etc but you do find alternatives. And trust me you really do learn to love them. Sugar, refined salt and additives (i.e msg) etc are very very addictive, so there will be withdrawal symptoms. But this is all good, stick with it.
Trust me i've been where you are and have had candida for 3 yrs plus because of cutting so many corners/big cheating and lack of knowledge (thankyou curezone!). But I progressively got better, stricter and it all started going tikidy boo. Now im very near cured. I dont regret this path either, I have learnt so much.
Its your decision re. cheating and risking a longer path, or strictness and speedy recovery (which is possible).
