Minuscule food portions? Quest. to Dahlimama $ Sannirad

Hi guys:

You mentioned in a colonix message previously that you can only eat small quantities of food. I have the same problem - if I eat just 3 spoonfuls more than a 1-year old baby's portion I get terrible painful bloatings.

How do you think this inabality to tolerate larger (can I even say more normal or standard amounts of food) fit into the Candida framework? It doesn't seem that a lot of poeple have it on this forum...

Any advice for me if you learned how to handle it?

I don't know what's more frustrating - that I remain hungry or that I crave more pleasure from eating? But can't do it or I get my pain for a reward...

My grandma used to say that I can't eat bigger portions because my stomach has shrunk. To fix this, she would add, you need to eat more - all the time. But how does one tolerate pain with larger portions?
