I think all oats are okay and very good for your adrenals too. What I found is that I liked it so much (I sprinkled some ginger or cinamon on the top) that my bowl got bigger and bigger every morning and sometimes I'd even snack on it in the evening as it was one of the few things filling me up and now I've gone and made myself intolerant to it. Soo annoying! Admittedly I was having it every day for about 6 weeks. So do enjoy it but careful you don't do what I did!
PS Make it with water though, not soy/rice milk. It's just as delicious i promise.
