I agree with everyone else that you have to be careful with eating the same thing all the time that you don't make yourself intolerant to things.
Breakfast ideas:

- millett porridge with dessicated coconut
- scrambled eggs/fried/boiled/omlette
-oatmeal porridge (with cinamon/ginger)
-quinoa porridge
-you can get a v simple amaranth or millet cereal (with unsweetened soy milk/rice milk)

I huuuuuugely sympathise though, it's sooo difficult.
