I was just reading your message as I am trying to find a way to increase my body temperature. A year ago I went to see a Naturopath for a variety of health problems and found out my temp is low, she(the ND) suggested I take more minerals to get my temp elevated. It worked from the first time I took it and I felt normal for the first time in ages.I was eating moslty raw but ate basmati rice as well(cooked). most people worry about getting enough vitamins but I think we need to think about our mineral intake just much --my minerals were really low from having a parasite for more then 5 years and I think just having the normal minerals in the foods we eat wasnt enough.
