Eggs are very interesting. I think Jhan mentioned that if one is not eating meat, then eggs are very good as a well rounded source of nutrients. Maybe this is where the confusion came in. I would agree with Jhan and the lecithin in the yolk emulsifies the cholesterol so it can be used, trasported eliminated or whatever instead of sitting around and causing problems.
Though lecithin may be good for us candida patients, I think it's a stretch to say it's an antifungal and I too haven't heard anything about yolks being an antifungal otherwise.
