It's a healthy head start that you recognize the cravings are caused by Candida. These cravings can get quite intense and are EXTREMELY hard to resist. Mine were so bad at one point that when they came on, I couldn't think of anything else but ICE CREAM ICE CREAM ICE CREAM, and at the time I didn't know the cravings were caused by Candida. I don't know of anything that will diminish the cravings other than absolute and total refusal to give in to it, because the more you give in to it, the worse it gets since of course the candida is insatiable.

I am quite convinced that Candida is the underlying cause of extreme obesity, the people you see on the talk shows sometimes who cannot control their eating, because I was that bad myself. I was to a point where I bought and ate a half gallon of almond fudge royale every single afternoon and then went into a high blood Sugar buzz that I had to sleep off.

No one ever told me about Sugar cravings and Candida; ultimately I just figured it out for myself. Once I figured it out, I got tough about it but at the same time I used every remedy that was available at the time, and as the Candida got more and more under control the cravings diminished greatly. However, I'm sad to tell you they never go away completely because Candida never goes away completely (in my opinion--I'd be interested to hear from anyone who believes they have achieved a complete cure). You probably already know that diet alone will not cure Candida, but unless you observe the diet, no remedy I know of will work very well.
