As far as I know there is no such thing as candida induced Celiac. What are you referring to? Celiac is a genetic autoimmune disease...you have to have genes for it. Celiac is many times triggered in early childhood....if it occurs later in life (which is common) its usually triggered by some sort of traumatic event such as severe stress, surgery, viral infection, mono and even pregnancy. I've never heard of candida causing celiac...you have to be genetically predisposed to it. Candida overgrowth is a common SYMPTOM of Celiac Disease but not the cause of it.
