VITAMINS really helped w/ BURNING afraid to be optimistic

Hey guys,

I know many of you have read messages regarding the terrible burning in my head and sometimes face. I have had this since June, though there was some days when it was not there at all which I could not explain. I kept thinkin I ate something I shouldn't have and I continued to keep cutting everything out of my diet. Last week, I was at a breaking point. The burning in my face had gotten worse and I could barely tolerate it. After posting message on this board and asking for opinions Anne, suggested EFA's ( Essenmtial Fatty Acids and vitamin B). I was desperate to try anything. I had been taking vitamins off and on but not sticking with them for some reason. After a week or of EFA and a good multi I was feeling a little better, but then I added a GNC Calcium & Magnesium. The very day I began taking the supplements the burning has not been there. I am afraid to say it is gone because I do not want to jinx myself in anyway. What is really odd was that I find I have to take the maximum dosage of 3 cal/mags and vitamin c throughout the day, otherwise the strange feelings start to return. I suspect I had a seriouls deficiency either from the yeast or from a long time on this diet. Yesterday I forgot to take vitamins at lunch and by the late evening I was feeling bad again, them I took vitamins and within about 20-30 minutes it was gone again. Is this bizarre or what?

Michelle
