Re: agreed...
Oooooh yes, I do indeed have candida. Had it for close to 15 years now. I didn't know what it was though until my health had deteriorated so much I was almost incapacitated :-(. Yep, that old die off vs. candida flare is a tough one. If you're taking antifungals, it's probably die off. You just have to watch your symptoms very carefully and even then it's hard to tell sometimes. I don't get much die off any more, so I can really tell when my candida is bad. I always feel odd almost seconds after I take anything ( food, supps, whatever ) which I am now sure is caused by two factors 1. the candida is in my esophagus and goes right to work on things ( it's much worse after taking in "bad" foods the candida likes ) 2. I also have some erosion in my esophogus and throat due to years of candida.
Let me tell you--keeping your colon as clean as possible is KEY! I'm always doing enemas, and taking my Colonix fiber on occasion ( too often gets my leaky gut hurting BAD ) to keep things moved out. I've found that keeping the colon and liver clear really makes the difference. You must keep those pathways open.
About the bright yellow pee- I think that may be from your vitamins. My hubby gets that every time he takes Solgar vits, which are pretty high in the B vits. I don't guess there's any harm in it, I don' know really. But it sure freaks him out plenty! LOL. It doesn't affect my urine quite the same, although I used to be able to see a slightly darker urine afterwards. My poor gut is so leaky I don't even take them anymore. I'm trying to get most of my vits from live veggie juices although I am taking some magnesium in powdered form ( stirs into a hot beverage ) and also some zinc picolinate.
