Re: **Survey** What does everyone eat on a typical day?
An average day consists of:
Dinner would usually be something like a tuna stir fry, made with red onions, various (green) veg, fresh ginger, served with salad and drizzled with olive oil (olive oil has a wonderful anti fungal effect with me)
I also eat organic chicken and lamb and VERY occasionally beef and pork.
A lot of fresh fish
Breakfast sometimes Millet porridge with mixed seeds.
Snacks: Rice cakes/goats butter, cashew nuts (I eat a big bag per day but am unsure if these aggrevate or not), blanched almonds (skin is an irritant) - these are VERY nutritous, pumkin/sunflower seeds cooked in coconut oil and maybe stevia
I also can eat alot of humous, especially the roasted red pepper version, mmmmmmmm!
I have found some buckwheat noodles that are brilliant too.
Buckwheat pancakes are brilliant sweet or savoury
Buckwheat ginger biscuits - lovely :)
I dont shy away from a curry but only with brown rice (if you are eating out substitute white rice for a salad)
I also eat sheeps milk organic yoghurt and put linseed in (very good for regularity ;) )
I do kefir every other day, swallow chopped raw garlic (as if it was a pill), rotate all the 'famous' antifungals and generate my own collodial silver.
Drinks - lots of mineral water, chamomile tea, green tea (a younger version with low caffeine), pau'd arco tea (I rotate this), dandelion root coffee and carob drink using milk substitute carob powder and stevia.
For all this I feel GREAT and am undergoing big die off, but this invasion is about to be eliminated once and for all!
I am twenty eight and live in a town, so enjoy drinking every now and then. I do PURE vodka with fizzy water. Along with the cahews this may/maynot be my few aggrevators, but with all the good I do I know that im winning.
I am considering having intolerance/allergy testing (anyone know any good home tests etc?)to see if any thing that I think is good is actually bad.

Good luck to you all :)
