I eat vegetables, vegetables and more vegetables. Ha, hah!
That is what it is beginning to feel like!! I have been eating limited quantities of beans (dried, soaked and cooked) and nuts and seeds as well. I have been eating a limited amount of eggs and fish as well. My body doesn't even want to eat eggs or fish but I feel like there aren't that many options out there for protein.
I am actually getting a little frustrated lately. I don't know if I should cut out beans and nuts as well. I am curious how many people out there eat beans and nuts? How many people eat buckwheat/spelt/etc flour?? That is something I haven't tried yet which may be good for zucchini muffins I was thinking. Or what about cranberry nut pancakes?
