Hey. I know you mentioned a few days ago that bananas are allowed on a very stict diet. This doesn't make sense to me because I read from several sources that bananas are one of the #1 fruits to avoid because they are one of the sweetest. I don't see any logic there.
Why avoid yogurt when it contains a tiny amount of Sugar and beneficial acidophilus and eat the sweetest fruit out there? It just doesn't seem to make sense. I would be interested to hear if anyone has an explanation for this.
