hello everybody, I am trying to approach eating raw by increasing the amount of raw foods in my diet. the matter is that I cannot afford organic fruits/veggies ( VERY expensive here, about 4x the non-organic ones), what can I do? I do not wat to get intoxicated by pesticides.
Furthermore, I am not able to get rid of cooked food all at a time, because I get dizziness and headaches, so I would like to do it slowly, increasing raw on a regular basis. My final goal is to be about 75% raw in the end and still eating some cooked food. if I eat raw and cooked food in separate meals would it be OK? is there somebody
that is just partially raw?
I would appreciate any suggestion
