Ok; I used Juliano's cookbook and made some of his apple cookies (they were ok), and made some falafel and I made some flax seed crackers. I have to tell you the falafel was the pits and so were the crackers (or should I say krackel). They both taste the same and were crunchy - how can I make them taste like they should? Does anyone have any other recommendations they've tried that work for them? Thanks much. I don't want to get rid of my dehydrator. I think I've used it 5 times inside of one year's time.
