Yeah...those waffles are great! I put syrup, cool whip and strawberries on them and I'm in heaven. No...I'm not crazy...I'm just not on a candida diet anymore. :)
Some of the gluten free flours get to me since some of them are processed in the same facilities as gluten flours. I think flour is just flying around everywhere and its just an issue of contamination sometimes. I had a bad reaction to buckwheat flour once when I tried to make buckwheat pancakes. That was back when I was on the candida diet. I'm still afraid of buckwheat but maybe I just need to try a different brand.
