Candida w/ Bacterial Vaginosis

I am in the process of healing my body from candida and Bacterial Vaginosis- without Antibiotics . I know there are tons of womyn out there who have and are going through this, and i would love to talk to some of them for some support and solidarity. i am so tired of having Antibiotics pushed at me when they are the reason i am in this situation to begin with! so anyone out there wanting to share tips, complaints, support, and encouragement about being on the candida diet, taking all the suppliments, colon cleansing, douches (all that stuff that takes up so much of our conscious minds throughout the day). oh and ofcourse all this emotional resurfacing! Or maybe somebody can just suggest some good sources on how to naturally heal the body of BV? i am finding it hard to get good info.
