Re: Is ALL fruit a no no on a Candida diet?

To be honest with you, I think this is a bad idea.

I went on a strict anti-candida diet for over a year with no fruit. Got rid of candida, with athlete's foot and so forth leaving on its own, but did not feel any healthier.

Fruit is a normal part of a healthy diet. Candida is not a primary problem for people. It is an opportunist that takes advantage of other problems. For me, that appears to be heavy metals, primarily mercury, so I had my Amalgams removed and am now on the Cutler protocol. I'm taking coconut oil to control candida.

Getting rid of candida by cutting out a healthy, integral part of the diet probably won't put you ahead in the end.
