One of the main reasons you have constipation is because when you increase your intake of fruits and vegetables you are getting more fiber in your body (which is excellent to move out the toxins) and when you eat more fiber you HAVE to have a much larger water intake. If you have not increased your water intake by a large amount it will result in constipation. Water is very important to "move" the fiber along which gives you more bowel movements. When I increased my fiber intake I started drinking 3 32 ounces of waters a day and that helped me so try that before resorting to the enamas and all other things...
