As an elderly fogy, I have had candida most of my life. Antifungals work for those who don't have a severe load of the bug, but for me, there are no obvious advantages.
The stubborn candida colonies don't release their grip until we do an exhaustive liver- and colon cleanse. I got rid of my liver/gall bladder stones about 8 months ago and I am still liver flushing. Why? you may ask, because my Liver Flushes still produce masses of candida tangles and debries.
My 10months old Colon Cleanse is showing old matter permeated with candida fuzz and tangles. How much more is there?, I keep on keeping on until there is no more.
Dr. Willim Kelly, of 'One Answer to Cancer' said that a thorough Colon Cleanse can take up to 1 - 2 years. At 68 there is a lot of old stuff.
Dr. Andreas Moritz says that a toaxic liver and candida are strongly connected.
Good luck, Giz.
