Re: Johnny if you have the time....

>I printed it out in A4 colour and it looks great.

Johnny, I knew you were an interesting kind of guy lol ;) You could play games with it....ask people if they can guess what the letters stand for!! Cadmium is in there too...strange!

>I also suffered some side effects - noticably hypoglycemia (taurine potentiates insulin) and more importantly adrenal collapse. The adrenal collapse was a very interesting experience - basically I had to go and lie down until it passed!

Oh that doesn't sound good....I'm getting slightly concerned now as I get hypoglycaemic and adrenally stressed all the time. I can't work out whether it's inducing those symptoms in me as I get them anyway.

>But the most interesting side effect was the neurological effects, firstly through direct brain activation and secondly by boosting acetycholine. Once I was eating a meal and was suddenly aware of how good everything tasted. It was as though I had never tasted anything before!....I was vaccuming once and I could feel the dust under my feet - i.e. my sense of touch had become mega-accute. Also my memory and cognitive abilities were wildly enhanced. Finally I got an amazing mood boost too.

Wow that sounds very intense! I've been noticing similar things eg feeling high and getting intense emotional feelings but I'm taking other things too so I get confused as to what's doing what eg the glandulars and phos serine which also boost me up. Also I just started on acetyl-l-carnitine which boosts acetylcholine too (which I also need)....also dopamine, adrenaline and noradrenaline apparently!

>I'm going to wait a few days at least - the minerals arrived today and I want to see if they have any affect on me.

I'm waiting for you to start so you can tell me how it feels haha! ;)

>You mean you are not going to take your trusty alarm clock with you and wake up at 3 am??

Thing is I might still be awake at 3am without my alarm clock! BTW I ordered the alarm clock today...went for the orange as it's summer!

Anne
